There is an OpenInvitation to take part in the ObservationNetwork. See the Howto participate below if you are interested to become a part of this project.
Prerequisites
- transceiver and antenna (details follow)
- internet connection
- Personal Computer (PC) with GNU/Linux installed
How things will work is under discussion on the SatelliteCommunication page.
Task
Send data to mur.sat and receive data from mur.sat. Data will be sent to you/by you via internet.
Howto participate
Subscribe to sat-net@mur.at Mailinglist. The list is dedicated to communication among and with people participating in the ObservationNetwork. Common language is english. You can use the list archives to view older postings.
